Christina Caley is an artist born in Liverpool and based on the small island of Portland, of the coast of Weymouth. After living and moving across a majority of the UK, Christina fell in love with the tiny island and its unusual wild life.
Having studied an Art History Foundation, Christina used her talents for therapeutic purposes as an arts and crafts instructor. After a career change into social work, painting became a her own therapeutic pass time and a chance to learn and grow as an artist. Christina’s subject matter and mediums are varied, often working between acrylic paint, glitter and resin. As an artist deeply connected with nature, she draws inspiration from natural elements and space.
“I apply my visions and inspirations from all the beauty that surrounds me. I use unique techniques to create my dreams which especially shows throughout my abstract pieces”
